Camp Director Joshua Millard

Hi! I’m Joshua, the director for SUTS youth camp, and the Youth Development Director for CMS Victoria. I’m a passionate advocate of youth ministry, and church communities and adolescents working together for mission. It is our conviction that a global missions camp for young people is a great contribution to their discipleship. I aim to lead an effective team of safe, godly, and joyful volunteers for a fun and meaningful camp. In my recreational time I enjoy wood carving, one very specific book club, and stumbling upon good music. Camp Speaker Jimmy Young

Jimmy serves at St. Johns Cranbourne, where he recently planted a young adults congregation. He’s married to Sarah and is the proud dad of Nathan and Isaac. Jimmy has served on staff with a variety of churches around Melbourne and studied at Ridley College. With fourteen years of experience in youth and young adults ministry alongside deep personal challenges with chronic illness, Jimmy has witnesses firsthand how the gospel shapes our entire being: our heads, hearts, and hands. He is committed to helping others live wholeheartedly, allowing the gospel to influence what we think, feel, and do. An avid sports enthusiast, Jimmy enjoys any and every kind of sporting competition. Most weekends, you can find him in a bunch ride on his road bike or taking his son on the MTB trails.
